About the Role
This role within our Performance Marketing team is tailored for a qualified leader with substantial experience.
What you’ll do
- Own the department’s strategy and roadmap, using your expertise and a data-driven approach identify the pitfalls in the process and collaborate with senior leadership on improvements
- Set the Objectives and Key Results metrics (OKR) and measure the performance against defined targets
- Expand, develop, coach and help the team to step up to the world-class level, contribute to Inbound’s cultural values by broadening the vision and skills of each team member
- Set clear targets and expectations, promote cross-collaboration to ensure the pre-defined milestones are achieved
- Build outstanding and sustainable Performance Marketing systems that can be expanded and repeated across multiple clients
- Establish strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction with our services
- Take a lead in experimenting, analyzing and optimizing our advertising activities to increase business impact for our partners
- Actively participate in defining Inbound’s growth plans and culture-related activities
Who you are
- Confident leader with at least 8 years of overall experience in the digital-related area!
- Solid experience in agency settings
- Experience in managing teams of 8 or more people
- Effective coordination and communication skills
- Advanced level of verbal and written in English
- Passionate about managing Performance Marketing Teams at a scaling organization
- It’s a plus if you know how to manage the finances of assigned departmental budget and spending
- Ability to define strategic objectives, conducting competitive analysis and setting key performance metrics for the team
- Analytical mind and ability to forecast upcoming success
- Kind and curious by nature, sharing and caring!
- Ability to communicate company vision with your team
